More than fifteen years ago, the Danglas family bought the Château de Paraza, giving this place of the 17th century, a new life. Indeed, by renovating the castle where five suites were created in order to give the opportunity to the customers to stay in the castle, by bringing new equipment for the cellar and by developing new projects in this place full of history. Nowadays, the Château de Paraza is a stable place, contributing to the development of the Aude department and the Minervois Appellation.
