Discover the Chateau de Paraza with music on Sunday the 5th of May at 5 PM. The International Choir of Capestang presents a music selection to celebrate the spring arrival. A show that you may pair with a wine tasting for our estate.

11 MAI – APÉRO DE PRINTEMPS
The good weather days are back and what is better than enjoying it in the Château de Paraza gardens ? Enjoy a beautiful day with family and friends between our garden and cellar.
From 2 to 10 PM you will find producers, creators, food and drinks, presents, games, all you need to be happy.

The chief John O’Neill is in Paraza and offers an food and wine experience to make you travel. A menu composed of Indian specialties and to pair with the estate’s wine. A new way to discover the Minervois’s wines !
