Vinification

For Horizon 2021, the different grape varieties are harvested according to their ripeness. The Syrah is hand-picked at full maturity in late September. They are vinified separately, in a traditional manner. Pressing is followed by aging in concrete tanks. The blend is made at the end of the vinification process..

Tasting

Deep, rich purple color. A delicate nose, dominated by plum, cherry (bigarreau), and spices. Beautiful, smooth attack. The texture is velvety, with sweet fruit, offering excellent depth and a long, beautiful finish.

Accord food and wine

Horizon 2021 is a harmonious wine that pairs perfectly with local delicacies: cassoulet, duck breast, game meats. Or why not surprise your guests with a beautiful platter of mountain charcuterie and cheeses.
