Tasting notes
A bright red color with ruby highlights is a real eye-catcher. Its intense nose reveals bewitching aromas of raspberry and garrigue.
In the mouth, a generous freshness envelops the palate, releasing notes of crisp raspberry, balanced by unctuous tannins.

In the Official AOC Minervois, our art, in the sense of our expertise, is blending. The blending of wines, from different plots, different grape varieties, different terroirs. Like music, we seek harmony. Often, we imagine a wine, let’s say a style of wine, perhaps even a moment of tasting. We try a few pairings and let ourselves be carried away by the melody.
This year, for the 2023 vintage, we heard a little tune that insisted on coming to us. Raw, without autotune. Irresistibly. One taste of this cuvée, and we felt a unique, new, and intoxicating expression. Something precious we didn’t want to let slip away. Something we couldn’t resist, that excites and rocks us.
