C’est la vie is an original cuvée made from the most popular grape variety: Chardonnay.

Made with the greatest care in the sunny vineyards of the Languedoc, this wine has a fine balance of opulence and freshness that will captivate your senses from the very first sip.

A clear and brilliant robe with yellow highlights. Aromas of ripe orchard fruits, like succulent pear and juicy golden apple, mingle harmoniously with luscious notes of

vanilla and a hint of citrus. In the mouth, ripe fruit flavors intertwine with hints of buttery croissant, delicately balanced by a vibrant undercurrent of zesty lemon and

a refreshing mineral edge. The finish is fresh and balanced.

Ravioli with ricotta and sage butter; prawns flambeed in pastis; shellfish with parsley; chicken with green curry; goat cheese buchette; roasted peach salad with burrata.

The Winemaker’s corner

Soil: fluvial deposits dating back to the Pliocene.

Chardonnay grapes from a single parcel are harvested at dawn, then destemmed and directly put into the press and pressed slowly at very low pressure.

The juices are settled cold then fermented on fine lees at low temperature in stainless steel vats to preserve all the aromas. Oaking post fermentation
